Mangaluru, Jul 16: Department of Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry, Yenepoya Dental College recently organised a CDE programme for interns titled ‘Yendeavour 2019'.

This educational course was a one day event which included four lectures by distinguished speakers Dr Vijayendra Rao, Dr Sham S Bhat, Dr Ravichandra Karkal and Hari Kishore Bhat H.

The lectures mainly focused on clinical practice management and stress management. Around 140 delegates from eight dental colleges in and around Mangaluru attended the programme.

Dr K S Gangadhara Somayaji, registrar Yenepoya (deemed to be university) was guest of honor and Dr B H Sripathi Rao, dean Yenepoya Dental college, presided over the function.

Dr Sham S Bhat, organising chairman and vice principal of YDC, welcomed the gathering.

Dr Sharan Sargod and Dr Ajay Rao, professors from department of Pedodontics, introduced the speakers. Dr Sundeep Hegde K, organising secretary delivered the vote of thanks. Dr Raksha Ballal and Dr Shrivya Saloni conducted the programme proceedings.
