Recipes - Beaten Rice with Melon Juice

Ingredients:

1 -2 bowls of beaten rice (Poha)
1 cup musk melon cubes (without skin)
1 cup coconut milk
Jaggery as per taste
2 cardamoms

Method:

Grind melon cubes along with coconut milk, jaggery and cardamom. Chill the juice (optional). Pour the melon juice over beaten rice just before serving. Could be served for breakfast.
