If you're worried about it being too sour, you could skip vinegar.

The recipe is for 1 kg chicken so 2 tbsp bafat powder is sufficient. And this dish is a dry one, not gravy.

Chicken 65 should have thick gravy. I wonder with 2 tbsp bafat powder how much of gravy or taste you will get. I wont try this as my household would not like this kind of dish, unless it is modified.

It requires about six or seven hours to marinate.

I would really like to know that in the preparation of this chicken dish, if vinegar, lime juice and soya sauce (all three are sour ingredients) are necessary and required, feed back would be appreciated.

Nice and easy recipe, But is it necessary to marinate overnight. One or two hours is not enough ?
