Recipes - Chicken Ghee Roast


1 Kg Chicken (cut into pieces)


To be Ground:

1/4 Cup lime juice

1 Tbsp. cumin

1" Cinnamon

4 Cloves

15 Red long Chilles

Little water

Salt to taste

Ghee for frying



Marinate the chicken in the above paste for 2 hrs.  Heat some pure ghee in a pan  and put the marinated chicken and cook till the gravy becomes thick.  See that it does not get fully dry.

    how about using some sliced onions with ghee before adding the chicken?
