1. Positive Mindset: Why it is important and how one could keep themselves positive. He also shared tools such as gratitude, affirmations and to surround oneself with people who are positive and empowering.

2. Plan, Research and Organize: He quoted "If you fail to plan then you plan to fail." It is important to research on the jobs as well as organize oneself by maintaining a task/to-do list, job-specific KPI’s or goals. He also mentioned that job search is a job itself so it is important to focus on the job search rather than telling oneself that "I do not have a job, so let us catch up with sleep or end up watching Netflix."

3. Network, Visibility and Job Lead: If you hear someone saying, I do not know many people in this market or if you feel people get jobs only through referrals; Avil showed how one can broaden their network, who people should network with, identify the person in our network and who do they know in their network. He also explained the importance of creating visibility and personal branding to attract job opportunities than going and knocking doors for opportunities.

4. Apply, Prepare and Present: In this step, one must prepare for job interviews, build confidence and be ready to present themselves any hour of the day.

5. Offer, Negotiate and Accept: Finally, this step concluded with the fruit or reward of the guided efforts if the above four steps are done well.
