Mangaluru, Feb 10: Much-awaited, Pradeep Barboza directorial, Konkani serial ‘Makaay Na Tukaay Na’ will start telecast from Tuesday, February 11 on Daijiworld24x7 TV.
The serial is scheduled at 9 pm on every Tuesday and repeat telecast of the same episode will be on Wednesday at 10.30 am and Friday at 4 pm.
The full length serial produced under the banner PBP films, produced by Saturine D'Silva Paladka and Anil Fernandes Paladka (Israel) with the support of Merit Freight Systems Dubai, Lancy Pinto Qatar, Donald Abu Dhabi and Trinity Cement Products.
The serial narrates the story of three families with the reflection of positive and negative sides of greediness. Along with direction, Pradeep has written the story, dialogues and screen play for this serial.
Speaking to Daijiworld Pradeep said, “We started shooting of the serial in the first months of 2019. This serial has artistes from overseas also. So it took us some time for completing the post-production works. Being an employee of a firm, I also had limited time to spend for this project. But without hurrying, we completed it professionally and now we are happy to announce its telecasting date. I hope viewers will accept this serial as they have accepted my dramas and movie, which were presented earlier. ‘Makaay Na Tukaay Na’ has the story of few families with humour and messages. A single theme binds three families in the serial.”
Along with Pradeep, Konkani’s own ‘Babuti’ fame Mellu Valencia, Sapna Saldanha Vamanjoor, Rita Fernandes Bendoor, Rohan Moodbidri, Lavita Surathkal, Claud D’Lima, Richard Sequeira , Edward Barboza, Avil D’Souza Paladka, Nanu Marol and many artistes from Mangaluru and UAE have acted in the serial.
Arun D’Almeida has scored the music. Daniel Mangaluru has done works behind the camera. Noel D’Souza Puttur is the editor of the serial, while Srikanth Srinivas and Arun handled the dubbing part of the serial. The post-production work was done at Daijiworld Audio Visual Pvt Ltd.
