This is the very reason I don't have any sad feelings for the police whenever they're lynched or beaten by the public. These goons are good to manhandle only the common man and they lick the shoes of the politicians.

Any violation of the law needs to be handled as per the provisions of the law.
That does not give the police the authority to misbehave with the public. Neither should the public mis behave.

They need to handle the situation professionally failing which suitable action needs to be taken against them.
It appears with the revised fines they have become more adventurous with the sole intention of harassing the public...

If an ordinary citizen attacks a law enforcing officer (employee) fine is 100%. If a law enforcing officer (Employee) attacks an ordinary law abiding citizen, tax payer (employer), the fine to the officer should be doubled. We are the employers, not the other way round.

Please put tempo driver behind bar for not compeling officer's instructions. Not only one vehicle he use to attend..others also there. If this person just go on wasting time and do High B.P of police officer..definitely he will become angry. Let drivers do what officers tell. Whole day they standing on road..and these people doing video of wrong things. First follow by one self. Sometime I see woman traffic police taking shelter nearby shops...cannot able to stand long hour. Majboori. Aur Do Maar..

Mr Prasad, Hubli: May be Hubli people accept such action from Police. The policeman has no right to abuse and hit the driver and manhandle him. He should be dismissed from the service forever. Tomorrow if you are the given the same treatment by a policeman, will you accept such action from them? Be reasonable. Before the law, the policeman is at fault for raising his hand and abusing him. He can take care of the vehicle and the Driver, as per the provision of the law.

Mr. Commissioner, please dismiss that policeman who has manhandled that Driver. We are not in jungle raj but in a democracy, Unless you show, that the citizens are in jungle raj. Jai Hind

Terminate him permanently. Mere name sake investigation & suspension will not bear fruit. There are plenty of sincere, polite youth who are eagerly waiting to get an employment throughout the country.
