Inna lilahi wa Inna ilaihi rajiun. May Allah forgive his sins and grant him highest ranks of jaanah. And grant Sabr and strength for his family through this difficult time. And may we all pray that this doesn't happen to any other child. The people driving the car and the people crossing the road please be careful about this. We belong to Allah and return to Him. I know this pain is unbearable, but Allah is with those who are patient. May He grant him Jannah and give your family sabr and comfort. My dua lies with you

I don’t understand why people drive at such high speeds, especially within city and village limits. Nejar is not a highway to drive so recklessly. People who drive carelessly — do you ever stop to think about the pain parents go through when they lose their children because of someone else’s negligence? One moment of rash driving can destroy an entire family forever. Please drive responsibly. Speed thrills for a moment, but the consequences can last a lifetime.

It’s heartbreaking that a 12-year-old lost his life like this. My condolences to Abdul Rehman’s family, friends, and school community. There is clearly a serious lack of speed control in the area. Authorities need to install speed cameras, improve pedestrian safety measures, and strictly enforce traffic rules before more innocent lives are lost. Heavy fines for rash and overspeed driving are necessary to make drivers more responsible. People have been raising concerns for a long time, but the RTA and concerned authorities seem inactive until a tragedy happens. Roads near residential areas and schools should never be this unsafe. Immediate action is needed, not just promises.
