Recipes - Mixed Green Gram Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted green gram (Moong)
1 cup cooked sweet corn
1 cup pomegranate kernels
2-3 tbsp. of broken wheat
1-2 tbsp. of vinegar or lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. pepper powder
Few coriander leaves
Few mint leaves
Salt as per taste.

Method:

Soak broken wheat in water for 10-15 mts.  Combine olive oil, vinegar/ lime juice and sugar well .  In a bowl  add sprouted green gram, cooked corn and pomegranate kernels and toss well.  Pour the prepared dressing over and toss well.  Now add drained broken wheat.  Add salt and pepper.  Garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves.
