Recipes - Ragi Juice

Ingredients:

¼ cup whole ragi
50-75 gms. jaggery
2-3 cardamoms
4 cups water

Method:

Wash and soak ragi in water for 2 -3 hours. Later grind along with little water and cardamom. Strain it twice. Add grated jaggery and mix well. Add remaining water to make a thin consistency. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

    Please try this also: Instead of jaggery you can use sugar also then put little coconut while grinding. it is so tasty juice

    Mrs. AF D'souza, this Ragi Juice made with raw ragi by soaking few hours.
    Boiling ragi (Nathno Kadovoncho) is differe than this & it will become thick on boil.
