Recipes - Green Mango Chutney

Ingredients:

1 small green mango (raw)
2 tbsp. grated coconut
6 flakes garlic
2 green chilies
1 short red chilly
Salt as per taste

Method:

Cut the mango into pieces after removing the skin.  Grind coconut, mango pieces, garlic, chilies and salt adding very little water into a smooth thick paste.

Serve with steamed rice/ dosas/ rotis.
