Recipes - Chicken Wings (Lollipops)

12 pcs. of chicken wings (lollipops)
10-12 flakes garlic
½ “ ginger
3 green chillies
2-3 red long chillies/Kashimiri chillies
1-2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. flour (maida)
2 tbsp. corn flour
1-2 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. kashmiri chilli powder
2 tsp. soya sauce
Salt as per taste
2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves (finely minced)
Oil for frying
Wash the chicken lollipops well and set aside to drain.
Grind garlic, ginger and green chillies into a fine paste. Crush the red chillies coarsely. Add the paste and crushed chillies to the chicken lollipops along with soya sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar. Add flour/ maida and corn flour as well. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight or for about 6-8 hours.
Add finely minced coriander leaves and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with tomato ketchup or chilly sauce.
