Recipes - Chiroti Rava Dosa


¾ cup chiroti rava
2 tbsp. raw rice
¼ tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. coconut flakes
Few curry leaves (finely minced)
Few coriander leaves (finely minced)
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. ghee
Salt as per taste


Soak washed rice for about 2 hours. Grind the soaked rice into a fine paste. Mix the rava into the batter along with water to get running consistency. Add cumin, coconut, curry leaves and coriander leaves with sugar and salt. Heat a pan, grease it with oil. Pour batter and spread evenly. Fry covered until crunchy. Sprinkle ghee. Flip the dosa and fry. Serve with coconut chutney.
