Recipes - Wheat Til Laddu

1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp. white til (gingelly)
½ tsp. cardamom powder
½ to ¾ cup ghee
1 tsp. raisons
1 tsp. cashew nuts
4-5 almonds
¾ cup powdered sugar


Roast til , raisons, cashew nuts, almonds and coarsely powder them.

Dry roast the wheat flour until raw aroma fades. Gradually add ghee and fry for some time and set aside.  Once cooled add  powdered sugar,  cardamom powder and powdered nuts.  Mix well  and make lime sized laddus when the mixture is slightly warm.
