Recipes - Mixed Salad

1 Yellow bell pepper (capsicum)
1 Red bell pepper (capsicum)
4-5 Iceberg lettuce
10-12 Cherry tomatoes or 1 tomato
Small piece of red cabbage
½ cup cheese ( cubes)
2 tbsp.olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. crushed pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt as per taste
Chop red cabbage lengthwise and soak in water with vinegar for about 10 minutes. Later drain the water.
Wash and cut bell peppers lengthwise. Peel and cut cucumber and carrot lengthwise. Cut iceberg lettuce into 1” pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half. Combine all the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
Take olive oil, salt, sugar and mix well. Add vinegar and mix well.
Pour this over the cut veggies. Toss in the cheese cubes. Add crushed pepper and give a final toss.
