Recipes - Strawberry Jelly Dessert

1 packet strawberry jelly
2 small tins plain cream (preferably puck cream)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tin ( 5oo gms) mixed fruits in sugar syrup
Take cream in a bowl, add egg white, sugar and mix well and set aside. Beat the egg yolk and transfer it to a pan. Add sugar syrup from the mixed fruit tin along with half cup of water and mix well. Keep this pan on slow fire and stir continuously. Add strawberry jelly powder and stir well till it boils (this will take just 3 minutes). Set this aside to cool. Later add this to the puck cream mixture along with the mixed fruits and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator until set.
