Recipes - Booster Oatmeal Dosa


1 cup oats
2 tbsp. wheat flour
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 finely chopped onion
1 chopped green chilly
Few chopped coriander leaves
Few chopped curry leaves
2 tbsp. curds
Salt as per taste


Mix all the above ingredients adding water keeping the consistency like dosa batter.  Fry dosas in a non stick pan till brown adding little oil on both the sides. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
