Recipes - Egg-Sausage Omlette


5-6 chicken sausages
2 eggs
½  tsp. kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp. coriander powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. pepper powder
1/4 tsp. garam masala
2 tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste
1/2 capsicum cut into small pieces (optional)


Cut sausages into round slices and fry in 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan till light brown and keep aside. Beat eggs; add all powders, salt and set aside for 2 minutes. In the pan spread sausage slices evenly and pour the egg mixture filling the entire pan. Sprinkle finely cut capsicum pieces over the egg mixture. Cover and  cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
