Recipes - Avocado Shake


1 Avocado
3 cups low fat milk (chilled)
2 tbsp. sugar or small piece of Jaggery
3 tbsp. honey.


Cut the avocado, discard the seed.  Scoop out the flesh.  Blend the avocado flesh along with milk, sugar/ jaggery and honey into a smooth frothy shake. Serve chilled.  You may adjust sugar and honey according to your taste.

    Avocados are very good for health. It is very good source of monounsaturated fats which helps to prevent heart disease. This drink is good for weight gain and for children.
