3 cups low fat milk (chilled)
2 tbsp. sugar or small piece of Jaggery
3 tbsp. honey.
Cut the avocado, discard the seed. Scoop out the flesh. Blend the avocado flesh along with milk, sugar/ jaggery and honey into a smooth frothy shake. Serve chilled. You may adjust sugar and honey according to your taste.
