Mangaluru: Sandesha Foundation to hold Christmas Star making competition

Mangauru, Nov 29: Sandesha Cultural and Education Foundation (R) has organized a star-making competition on the occasion of festival of stars (Christmas) in association with Daijiworld Media and Pingara Kannada newspaper.

The rules of the competition are as follows:

*There is no restriction of age and religion in this competition. Any interested person can take part
*First priority will be given to Stars made from natural products
*The maximum size of the star should not exceed two feet x two feet (length x breadth)
*Interested people should register their names before December 10
*The prepared stars should be kept at the designated place at the premises of Sandesha from December 16 to 18
*The decision of the judges will be final
*Prizes for the winners will be distributed at 5 pm on Saturday, December 21
*First, second and third prize winners will be given trophy and cash prize. In addition, five consolation prizes will also be given.

    Its a Good idea to have such a competition to hold such a Christmas Star making competition irrespective of cast and creed etc. hats off to Sandesha, Daijiworld and Pingara.
