Hyderabad, Jul 15: Telugu superstar Jr NTR has dismissed speculation about his entry into politics, issuing a public clarification stating that he has no association with an organisation named RAW NTR.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the actor's office said RAW NTR was not authorised to represent him or act on his behalf.
"It has come to our attention that an organisation operating under the name RAW NTR has been carrying out activities that may create an impression of being associated with Mr. NTR," the statement said.

It further clarified that Jr NTR and his office have "absolutely no association, affiliation, or involvement whatsoever" with the organisation or its activities.
The actor's team added that any charitable initiative, public welfare programme or official communication involving Jr NTR would only be announced by him or his authorised representatives. It also urged fans, media organisations and social media users not to rely on unverified reports.
Calling it the final clarification on the issue, the statement expressed hope that it would put an end to the ongoing rumours.
The clarification came after RAW NTR announced its "Ooru Vaada" initiative, with a press conference scheduled at Taj Tirupati on July 18. The organisation said the event was intended solely to unveil its vision and agenda and had no connection with any political announcement involving the actor.
RAW NTR also denied reports linking the July 18 event to Jr NTR's alleged political entry, stating that the speculation was baseless.
Rumours gained traction due to Jr NTR's political lineage. He is the grandson of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N T Rama Rao. His late father Nandamuri Harikrishna and uncle Nandamuri Balakrishna have both been active in politics, while another uncle, N Chandrababu Naidu, is the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Although Jr NTR has campaigned for the TDP in the past, he has never announced plans to enter active politics or contest elections.
On the professional front, the actor was last seen in Devara: Part 1 and War 2. He is currently working on director Prashanth Neel's Dragon and is also expected to collaborate with Trivikram Srinivas on a new project reportedly titled God of War.
