I find that there are many messages from the congregation of The Bethany order. However apart from founding the Bethany Order, Msgr. Mascarenhas has been responsible for various other acts of charity. He was a PEOPLES' man and has worked for the cause of education. He has played his own role in politics too. I was s little boy when Msgr. was in the news. However - he being a relative of my wife Irene, we had the privilege of having him to bless our nuptials at The Milagris Church in the year 1950. MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE. Joe Gonsalves.
