Recipes - Beef Cutlets

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Kg beef mince (double ground)
1 large potato
2 slices bread
2 onions
4 green chillies
½ tsp. turmeric powder
1" ginger
2 tbsp. coriander leaves
2 tbsp. mint leaves
1 tsp. garam masala powder
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
Bread crumbs

Ghee / oil for frying

    

METHOD:

Boil the mince without water till dry and cool. Boil the potato, cool, smash and keep aside. Soak bread slices in water, sqeeze out all the water. Cut finely: Onion, ginger, green chilly, coriander & mint leaves. Now add all the other ingredients except the egg & breadcrumbs and knead thoroughly. Prepare cutlets. Dip the cutlets in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs. Shallow fry by using ghee or oil. Serve with thai chilly sauce.
