Recipes - Mushroom with Curry Leaves


100 gms. mushrooms
½ cup curry leaves
1 tsp. pepper corns
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. ghee
Coriander leaves (optional)
Salt as per taste


Wash and cut mushrooms in quarters. Crush pepper coarsely and then add curry leaves and dry crush the curry leaves along with pepper adding little salt.

Heat ghee and sauté mushrooms for a minute. Add the crushed paste of pepper - curry leaves and sauté for some time until the mushrooms get cooked. Add lime juice and coriander leaves (optional).
