Recipes - Pineapple Payasa

Ingredients:

½ ltr. Milk
½ cup condensed milk
1 cup chopped pineapple
100 gms sago pearls ( cooked)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla essence
2 tbsp. fried nuts
Pinch of cardamom powder

Method:

Cook pineapple along with sugar until it changes its colour. Allow it to cool.

In a thick bottomed pan, heat milk on slow flame until it thickens, then  add condensed milk  and keep stirring for sometime.  Add sago pearls , vanilla  essence and sugar. Stir until thick.  Allow it to cool. Once cooled add pineapple pieces, nuts, cardamom powder  and refrigerate until chilled .
