Recipes - Tender Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup condensed milk (Milkmaid)
1 cup milk
2 cups tender coconut water
1 cup tender coconut pulp/ thin flesh (cut lengthwise)
4 tsp. gelatin

Method:

Melt gelatin in little warm water.  In a bowl, combine milk, condensed milk, tender coconut water, coconut pulp along with gelatin and mix gently.

Now with an electric hand beater, beat until frothy for about 2 to 3 minutes. Set it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
