Recipes - Chicken Fry ( Without Oil )

10 pieces of chicken thighs
1 cup low fat curd
1 tbsp. kabab powder ( readymade –preferably Shan kabab powder)
1 tsp. Garam masala powder
1 ½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste
2 medium potatoes
½ tsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves.
3 to 4 chicken sausages (optional)
Wash, Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs. Mix kabab powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and curd. Add chicken thighs to this mixture and marinate for about four hours. Scrape & cut potatoes into quarter and set aside.
Heat a non stick pan and place the marinated chicken pieces in the pan. Cook this over high flame for about two minutes. Turn the pieces and allow them to cook again for 2 minutes on high flame. Add potatoes and continue to cook on slow flame for 20 minutes, turning them occasionally. Add soya sauce and mix well. Spread chicken sausages (optional). Evaporate the water by increasing the flame to high. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
