Recipes - Neer Dosa

Ingredients:

2 Cups raw rice
Salt To Taste
Oil For Frying

 

Method:

Wash and soak the rice for 1 ½ hours. Then grind it to a very fine paste. Remove and add salt and water and make a very thin consistency.  Heat the dosa tawa, apply a little oil and pour one ladleful of batter so that it spreads in a thin even layer. Cover and keep it for a  few seconds. Then remove it carefully. Serve with chicken curry.

    Theres nothing like setting, it is made on a frying pan, so applying oil instead is better as it will come off easily or else it would be dry and may even stick to the pan. Just a of oil and spreading it with a spatula will be perfect. Hope am clear

    I DONT THINK WE SHOULD APPLY OIL FIRST ON THE PAN AS IT WILL NOT SET THE DOSA PROPERLY.
