2 Potatoes / 1 cup green peas

Method:

Put all the above in a cooking vessel with one cup of water and mix well. Cook this on medium flame. When half done add 2 tsp. of ghee/ oil and chicken maggie cubes. Add water if required. Note: Ground lamb can be prepared with the same procedure. Instead of bafat powder use stew powder.

    Lovely recipe, tried this yesterday.

I skipped the maggie cubes but the result was awesome. I found this a healthy version as there is no frying of ingredients in oil and the method is simple. Recommend this recipe for food lovers. Thanks Royston.
