This is the way of implementing any rules..... In UAE all the shops charge the VAT and the computer will credit the VAT collection daily basis to Government account on daily basis. The inspectors are checking all the time and found guilty than they will close the establishment until further orders. In India if any one is caught than business will run as usual and our court will decide after ten years that no proof found and leave them without any punishment..... Just like Rajkumar was kidnaped but all are found innocent after 10 years.
