Mangaluru, Feb 12: Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management, a constituent unit of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), celebrated its Annual Day 2026 – YENAURA 5.0 with grandeur and enthusiasm at its Kulur Campus on Thursday, February 12.
The Annual Day, a prestigious institutional event, marked a celebration of academic excellence, cultural vibrancy, and the collective accomplishments of students and staff. The programme reflected the institute’s continued commitment to delivering quality, industry-aligned education across diverse streams including arts, design and humanities, computer science and information technology, applied sciences, commerce and finance, and management.












Prof K E Prakash, director, SDIT, Mangaluru and former registrar, VTU, Belagavi, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Addressing the gathering, he emphasised the importance of innovation, skill development and holistic education in shaping future-ready graduates.
Amit Singh, IPS, inspector general of police, Western Range, Mangaluru, attended as the guest of honour and inspired students with his insights on leadership, discipline and social responsibility.
The event was presided over by Dr B H Sripathi Rao, pro vice-chancellor, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), who congratulated the faculty and students for their achievements and encouraged them to strive for excellence in academics and co-curricular pursuits.
Prof Jeevan Raj, principal (I/C), Prof Shareena P, vice principal and dean, faculty of commerce and management, and Narayan Sukumar A, vice principal, were present on the dais. Heads of Departments, ACOEs, faculty members, support staff and students also attended the celebration in large numbers.
The programme featured the presentation of annual reports, felicitation of achievers, and vibrant cultural performances, making YENAURA 5.0 a memorable and successful celebration at the Kulur campus.
