Bengaluru: BJP issues notice to former Udupi MLA Raghupati Bhat over revolt

Udupi, May 23: The Karnataka state BJP has issued a notice to former MLA Raghupati Bhat, seeking clarification regarding his decision to contest as an independent candidate in the southwest graduates’ constituency.

The notice, issued by Lingaraj Patil, president of the state-level disciplinary committee, has requested Bhat to provide his explanation within two days.
