Mangaluru: Cascia High School celebrates Founder’s Day, inaugurates Platinum year

Mangaluru, Dec 3: On Thursday, December 3 Cascia High School celebrated Founder’s Day and the inauguration of Platinum Year.

The inaugural function was invoked with prayer song. Fr Eric Crasta, correspondent of the school welcomed all the dignitaries followed by the dignitaries lighting the lamp. Everist Crasta, headmaster of the school introduced the committee members. The secretary of Catholic Board of Education gave his presidential address. He described and explained the importance of parental role along with teachers in educating children.



Swami Raghuramanandaji, swamiji of Ramakrishna math pointed various challenges of present education system and stressed on the importance of mental support in educating child. He also appreciated the efforts of Cascia High School teachers.

BEO of Mangalore South Rajalakshmi appreciated the efforts of founder Monsignor F X Fernandes and congratulated school faculty for the inauguration of Platinum Jubilee Year.
Retired headmasters of the school, ex-teachers, alumni association members, PTA members, parish council members were present.

Aruna Prasad Rai thanked all the invited guests for gracing occasion. Sunitha Crasta conducted the program as master of ceremony.
