Mangaluru: St Agnes College (Autonomous) holds national level Hindi Webinar

Mangaluru, May 22: The department of Hindi of St Agnes College (Autonomous), here, on May 21 organized a national level webinar on the topic 'Relevance of Hindi in Technical Area'.

Santosh Kumar, assistant director, Hindi Teaching Scheme, Hyderabad was the resource person .The session was held in collaboration with the Central Hindi Training Sub-Institute, Hyderabad, ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Sr Dr M Venissa A C, principal, St Agnes College, inaugurated the webinar and spoke of the increasing prominence of Hindi in the field of Information Technology.

Dr R Nagesh, HOD and convenor of the webinar welcomed the participants to the session.

A total of 192 delegates attended the webinar from across the nation and from Nepal and Dubai. Dr Shailaja H G proposed the vote of thanks. The participants appreciated the organizers for conducting a very informative webinar on a highly relevant topic.
