Archana Sachith from Indigo Mangaluru wins ‘Great Manager’ Award

Mangaluru, Nov 6: Archana Sachith, Airport Manager of Indigo Airlines Mangaluru, has been awarded the ‘Great Manager’ Award. 

The award is presented by People Business and powered The Economic Times. 

Archana Sachith was selected in the list of Hunt for Great Managers 2019 in ‘Woman Leader’ category. 

There were around 2,200 managers who were nominated by 100 participant organisations. The award ceremony was conducted on Tuesday, November 5 at The Leela, Mumbai.

 

Archana has been leading the Indigo Team as Airport Manager in Mangaluru International Airport since the airline started its operations in the city in 2017. She has been actively promoting and contributing to social welfare along with her team in Mangaluru. 

Under her leadership, the Indigo Airlines Mangaluru team had organised a free health check-up at Mangaluru International Airport, organ donation pledge by the Indigo Mangaluru staff and installation of RO water purifier at the Bajpe bus stand.

    Archana is one of the very familiar faces of. mangalore Airport. Most of the patrons might have seen her from the young lady sitting on Jet Airways ticketing counter in Old Airport to becoming a very senior staff in Mangalore Airport.
