Mangaluru, June 23: The fourth edition of the Cine Galaxy Coastal Film Awards 2025, organised by The S Company (Sandy's), was held with grandeur on Sunday, June 22, at the Mulki Sundar Ram Shetty Convention Center. The event was spearheaded by Sandesh Raj Bangera, managing director of Sandy's Company.
Building on the success of its past three editions, this year’s award ceremony continued to be one of the region’s most prominent celebrations of coastal cinema.
The event was inaugurated by Mulki-Moodbidri MLA Umanath Kotian. Among the dignitaries present were acclaimed director Vijay Kumar Kodialbail, Dubai-based entrepreneur Harish Sherigar, and Astra Group CEO Lanchulal.
The 2025 edition featured awards across 30 categories, including major honours such as the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Versatile Actor Award.
The evening was a glittering affair, with well-known personalities from Coastalwood and Sandalwood attending. Spectacular dance performances by popular artists added vibrance to the event.
Notable attendees included film personalities Sonal Monteiro and Gurukiran. Daijiworld TV 24x7 served as the official media partner for the event.
The programme was hosted by Sharmila Amin and VJ Vineeth, who kept the audience thoroughly entertained.
