Inaugurations and announcements are only 1% work done. Govt must work out a practical plan whereby garbage can be collected then transported to a dedicated place to dump and then process and then to land fills without environmental hazard. This is the remaining 99% of work. Simply inaugurating and forgetting about it is incompetent governance just make a point during election time to say we had initiated Rashtriya Swacchtha Kendra but no Q&A and no accountability. May be crores of rupees may have been sanctioned but no visible work done. Where is the tax money gone????????
