Chennai, Jun 13: Actress Nivetha Pethuraj has marked a significant milestone in her career, completing 10 years in the film industry, with the team of Megastar Chiranjeevi's upcoming film #Mega158 organising a special celebration on the sets of the movie.
The actress shared a video on her Instagram page capturing the cake-cutting ceremony arranged by the unit of the film, which is being directed by Bobby Kolli. The video showed Nivetha celebrating the occasion with members of the cast and crew, including actress Anaswara Rajan, as they commemorated her decade-long journey in cinema.

Nivetha made her acting debut in 2016 with the critically acclaimed Tamil film Oru Naal Koothu and has since established herself as a prominent performer across Tamil and Telugu cinema.
The celebration comes shortly after the team completed an important shooting schedule in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. Sharing the update on social media, director Bobby Kolli revealed that key portions of the film had been successfully filmed during the schedule and hinted at more announcements in the coming weeks.
The Pollachi schedule, which began earlier this month, featured Chiranjeevi and the principal cast members, with several crucial scenes being shot for the high-profile entertainer.
Meanwhile, actress Anaswara Rajan was recently introduced as part of the cast. The makers welcomed her through a special announcement, describing her addition as a fresh and exciting element to the project.
Backed by KVN Productions and produced by Venkat K Narayana, the film has generated considerable anticipation since its official announcement on Chiranjeevi’s birthday last year. Tentatively titled #Mega158 and also referred to as #ChiruBobby2, the film reunites Chiranjeevi with Bobby Kolli after the commercial success of Waltair Veerayya.
The project boasts a strong technical team, with S. Thaman composing the soundtrack and cinematography handled by Vijay Karthik Kannan, known for his work in films such as Jailer and the upcoming Jailer 2. Production design is being overseen by Kolla Avinash, while editing responsibilities rest with Antony Ruben.
The film has remained in the spotlight in recent months, particularly after Chiranjeevi shared a workout video showcasing his intense physical preparation for the role. The actor described the project as another exciting collaboration with Bobby Kolli and expressed enthusiasm about embarking on what he called a memorable cinematic journey.
Earlier promotional material for the film featured an axe breaking through a blood-stained wall alongside the tagline, “The blade that set the bloody benchmark,” signalling a high-octane action entertainer in the making.
With production progressing steadily and excitement continuing to build, #Mega158 is shaping up to be one of the most awaited Telugu films currently under development.
