Bantwal: Education minister meets Kaushik who wrote SSLC exams using toes

Bantwal, Jul 10: State education minister S Suresh Kumar, met Kaushik from Bantwal, who recently attracted state-wide attention after answering the SSLC question papers using his toes, at Polali on Friday July 10.

The minister had arrived here to offer prayers at Polali temple. At the entrance to the temple, he met Kaushik. He struck a conversation by fondly speaking to the boy and appreciated the boy for being an inspiration to many. He praised the student for his extracurricular activities and wanted to know his opinion about the examination. He told the boy that he had made a mention of the student's achievements through the social media the same day. He also called his personal assistant and got himself photographed in the boy's company.

MLA Rajesh Naik Ulippadyguthu, district deputy director of public instruction Malleswamy, block education officer Jnanesh and others were present.

    Waste of time he would have followed Fequ and got the certificate in polotical sicence even without attending school.

    Rolf Sir..

    It is quite okay to be affiliated to a certain political party and also okay to hate somebody. But please don't make use of this intelligent little boy as a weapon to show that hatred.

    While I admit that I am not a supporter of BJP, I would like to point out here that even Feku (as you call him) would encourage this boy to study more harder and go for higher studies and achieve in life.
