Mumbai, July 2: Marking a significant achievement in its 25th year in India, Škoda Auto India has reported its highest-ever half-yearly sales. The company sold 36,194 units in the first half of 2025, making it the most successful six-month period in Škoda’s history in the country.

Celebrating both its silver jubilee in India and 130 years globally, the carmaker credited its expanding portfolio and growing customer trust for the milestone.

“Our landmark half-yearly sales reflect the strong acceptance of Škoda products and services by customers in India,” said Ashish Gupta, brand director, Škoda Auto India. He added that with the inclusion of the Kylaq SUV in its lineup, the company now offers versatile options across both SUV and sedan segments.

Gupta emphasized the company’s commitment to staying relevant through timely product updates, offering differentiated value, and enhancing ownership experience. “Our goal is to be more accessible to our customers with better products, services, and network coverage across India,” he noted.

Škoda Auto India continues to expand its presence and reinforce its position in the competitive Indian automotive market through a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
