Doha, Mar 22: Telangana Praja Samithi Qatar organized the celebration of Shree Subhakrit Nama SatswaraUgadi.On Saturday evening, expatriate families and workers participated in the festive celebrations at the venue of the Loyola International School located at Wukair under the leadership of Gadde Srinivas, president of Telangana Praja Samithi.

Telangana Praja Samithi-Doha Qatar celebrates every festival as part of the process of conveying the uniqueness of the festivals to future generations without forgetting the cultural traditions of Telugu across the continents.As a part of that, TPS Qatar has come forward to celebrate the Telugu New Year Ugadi celebrations in a grand manner.

Telangana Praja Samithi Qatar invited Telugu film singers and leading artists from the television industry to entertain the guests. Children and adults all celebrated the festival with great joy and fanfare. Around 1000 people from Telugu states witnessed the celebrations and celebrated the traditional festival with great joy.

The artists who entertained the audience were felicitated in the presence of all the guests on behalf of Telangana Praja Samithi working group led by president Gadde Srinivas.The organizers thanked and honored Praveen Kumar Buyyani, managing director of Telangana Food Suncons, who presided over the celebrations. Channel 5 was the media partner for the event.
