Kasargod, Mar 11: The mortal remains of a Madhya Pradesh based worker who got washed away into the sea were found on Saturday March 11.

The deceased is identified as Ajay Rathod (26). He got washed away while having a bath in the sea. Four others who were accompanying him and about to be drowned, had reached the shore.

The fire brigade, coast guard police, fishermen and local people had searched for Ajay. His body was found at Chembarika sea shore on Saturday. Melbaramba station police conducted an inquest.

His body will be handed over to his family members after a post-mortem at Kasargod general hospital. The deceased was living at Bekal Katte Kal with his family members for the last several years.
