Kundapur: Cashew nut trees burnt due to sudden fire

Kundapur, Feb 5: Many cashew nut trees were burnt due to a sudden fire that ignited in the cashewnut forest at Konihara of Molahalli village on Saturday.

The fire service personnel visited the spot and contained the fire. A similar fire accident had occurred in the forest land near Sandeepan Educational Institution near Nagur on Friday.

Later fire service personnel of Byndoor extinguished it successfully.
