BJP's victory in Gujarat will positively impact Karnataka polls: CM

Bengaluru, Dec 6 (IANS): Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Tuesday exuded confidence on the BJP being elected for the seventh straight time in Gujarat, adding that the victory will impact his state in a positive manner during Assembly polls," he added.

Speaking to reporters, Chief Minister Bommai said people are supporting good governance and developmental activities. False allegations, politically motivated allegations find no takers. Both -- in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat -- the party will emerge victorious.

The entire country is supporting the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he underlined.

It is for the seventh time that the Gujarat BJP is set to get elected in Gujarat. It shows people's faith in administration, leaders and PM's leadership, Chief Minister Bommai maintained.

"In Karnataka also, this will have a good impact, I am extremely confident that in the 2023 Assembly elections, the BJP party will form the government in the state," he said.

Of course, party State leaders will be very confident and approach the May 2023 elections with complete guidance from Central party leaders. Commentators who are spewing hatred on Bommai here should understand that since 1996, BJP is garnering maximum seats as well vote share in K'Nataka only abreaction being in 2013 when BJP split into KJP of Dr Yeddy and BSRP of Sriramulu. Both have since returned to party fold and May 2023 looks very interesting

Only 4 Gujaratis have done well -- 2 in politics and 2 businessmen -- Gujarat model of development is exemplified in the Bridge collapse -- nothing shakes the conscience over the deaths of Children / others -- nearly 150 --total apathy -- Gang rape perpetrators -- most heinous --( Bilkis bano )-- released and celebrations over their release -- Poverty and hunger index and all other parameters Gujarat is NOT a model state ----- although God media with the help of Crony capitalists are experts in creating false narratives-- If we tick all the boxes of failures then in a fair election BJP cannot come back -- but times are different -- elections not on performance-- The voting pattern gives indication of overall voter apathy -- only 60 % voted -- Plus very many candidates who break opposition votes--Sorry state of affairs - We are no better than Sri lanka -- Pakistan -- Descent into chaos--
