Now that the accused are arrested, the strength of the case will depend mostly on the eye witnesses, if I am not mistaken!

Unless the victim gives evidence how a judgement can be given? It is not only law should be followed but should be as per rules..It is the duty of the victim (if any) o file the case or complaint
If there is no complaint how you can punish anybody?

Thousands of Goondas from Mumbai have already arrived to Mangalore (DK) 5 years back. They travel from Mumbai and Mangalore and vise versa every week and do their work here and in Mumbai. The business (Dhandhaa, sand , real estate, parking contract, taxi and cab park contract) and contract killing is rampant since 5 years. But the Mangalore and Mumbai department is sleeping or ignorant. Let it be as it is. India has a long way to be offence free country.

Which law ? The same one, which released the Home Stay attackers, because the victims did not come to the court to defend ? Victim did not come to the court means that the crime never happened ?

This law you are talking about ?

Why he is filled up with so much venom??? It's not good for his health... However good we work we do towards the society or try to live in harmony he is talking against....no appreciation at all...at the end of the day how he will check is conscience before sleeping?

Before you release your frustration.. there is a need for introspection from your end..., Check the recent history of honourable MP's reaction to untoward incidents...,

MP has developed a tendency to jump by giving statement which is far from uniting the secular credentials of peace loving Hindustani society...,

Welcome to join for a cup of chai...., After all Hindustani's of good for chai charcha...
