Beltangady: Rubber farm catches fire

Beltangady, Mar 22: Rubber farm owned by Vishwanatha Poojary of Bajire village caught fire on Wednesday.

Nearly half an acre of farm is completed destroyed in the mishap.

In another incident wild fire erupted on a hill situated behind a private college of Beltangady, belonging to a private individual. The damage was minimal.

Personnel of Beltangady fire service station brought the fire under control with the help of locals in both the incidents.
