Mangaluru, Feb 1: Amathe Vikram took charge as the superintendent of police of Dakshina Kannada on Wednesday February 1.
The state government on Tuesday, January 31 had transferred Sonawane Rishikesh Bhagawan as SP of Intelligence.
Sonawane Rishikesh Bhagawan was replaced by Amathe Vikram who was serving as SP of Intelligence.
SP Vikram has earlier served in Mysuru, Belagavi and Chamarajanagar also.
