New Delhi, Oct 7: HYBE is bringing its flagship global music festival, Weverse Con Festival, to India for the first time, with the two-day event scheduled to be held in New Delhi on March 27 and 28, 2027.
The festival will mark the first edition of Weverse Con Festival outside South Korea and is expected to bring together K-pop and Indian artists, with performances aimed at creating collaborations between the two music cultures.
The complete line-up for the India edition is yet to be announced. HYBE's roster includes some of the biggest names in K-pop, including BTS, SEVENTEEN, TXT, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, BOYNEXTDOOR, TWS and ILLIT. However, there is no confirmation yet on which of these artists will perform in Delhi.

HYBE operates several labels with their own artists, potentially widening the pool of performers for the festival. The India edition is also expected to feature special collaboration stages involving Indian and Korean artists.
Weverse Con Festival combines live performances with fan engagement, interactive experiences, brand activations and other activities centred around the artist-fan relationship that forms the core of the Weverse ecosystem.
The festival has previously been held in South Korea as a large-scale celebration of music and fandom, featuring artists from HYBE as well as the wider K-pop industry. Previous editions have included SEVENTEEN, TXT, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, BOYNEXTDOOR, Zico, Chungha, P1Harmony, THE BOYZ, Billlie and STAYC, among others.
HYBE CEO Jason Jaesang Lee said the India edition marked a new chapter in the company's "multi-home, multi-genre" strategy and its plans to develop India as a key market.
"We look forward to bringing fans together to discover a new universe of music and unlock an immersive journey where they can connect, celebrate, and explore new possibilities alongside the artists they love," he said.
Zooil Yang, president of Weverse Company, said the festival would extend Weverse's online fan ecosystem into a live environment, allowing fans to experience its artist-fan connections offline.
The festival is being co-produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live.
The announcement comes as HYBE INDIA continues to expand its operations in the country. The company has been conducting nationwide auditions to discover and develop local talent while working towards producing content and intellectual property that can resonate with Indian audiences and scale globally.
The event is expected to add a new dimension to India's growing K-pop concert landscape, with HYBE positioning the country as an important part of its global expansion.
