Mangaluru, Apr 10: 'Sai Prem', a luxury apartment-cum-commercial complex by city-based Land Trades Builders and Developers was inaugurated at Mannagudda here on Friday, April 10.
Srinath Hebbar, MD of Land Trades welcomed the gathering and extended a floral welcome to the guests.
P Jayarama Bhat, managing director and CEO, of Karnataka Bank inaugurated the complex and said, "We all have seen Srinath Hebbar's achievements in Mangaluru. MLA J R Lobo in his presidential speech said, "I congratulate Srinath Hebbar on completing his projects on time, which is a major concern today. I congratulate Karnataka Bank as it is opening a new branch in this building. We have to support a businessman when he newly enters into business. We should appreciate him and not pull him down. Only then will there be good people in any industry. When we pull down a businessman, he goes out of business and wrong people might enter into that industry which will create various problems.
"I also want to use this platform to give a call to people to cooperate when there is any road extension work. I congratulate Land Trades and wish all success in their future endeavours," he added.
