Dear friends, it is indeed a very good news for all of us Tulunadu people, not just for Tulu speaking. I sincerely hope that one day the credit of being original local language will come to Tulu and all the other invading languages will fade away. Good initiative by Tulu Sahitya Academy, I wholeheartedly offer my support to any initiative to be taken by leaders.

Its a happy occasion to initiate steps to build Tulu Bhavan in Tulunaadu(Kudla)
One important point is missed by the participants in the function is that there must be concerted efforts towards getting recognition for Tulu language in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution and bring this Davidian language under Constitutional languages.Tulu is a oldest Dravidian language spoken by nearly 2.00 million people has culturally rich heritage.
All concerned should aim at getting Constitutional status for the language by the time Tulu Bhavan gets ready for innaugaration next year. This is the dream of Tulu people.
